What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfer, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A deposit may be required for package bookings.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, I understand that life with dogs can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a 50% fee of the session cost.

Whats included in a behaviour consultation

Behaviour consultations include an initial assessment (in-person or online), a detailed written report with a tailored behaviour modification plan, email support for two weeks following the consultation, and access to recommended resources and training materials.
